What model information should I provide?
For separate appliances, provide the model number for both the washer and dryer when available. For a one-piece laundry center, provide the model number shown on the combined unit.
Should I say whether the dryer is gas or electric?
Yes. Fuel type and installation details are useful when preparing for a dryer-related service request.
How much is the service call?
The service call is $55 and includes diagnosis. If you proceed with the repair, the $55 service call fee is applied toward the repair cost.
